OVERALL RULES (as for JUNE 2024)

  • I rarely open comms due to having daily job, so slots are limited.

  • No "First come first served".

  • I'm not creating Waiting lists, neither free nor paid. You can only apply when slots are open.

  • BUT If you're my regular client (comm'ed over 3 pieces) you can come to ask without slots being open. I can accept your comm if it's comfortable for me to do.

I do:

  • Humans, humanoids, furry, fantasy creatures, monsters

  • OC's, fan characters and franchise characters. OC x Canon is fine

  • Queer content, any genders and bodytypes

  • Detailed characters

  • NSFW content

Ok, but:

  • Ferals (not experienced)

  • Mecha characters (not experienced)

  • Real ppl (can't promise similarity)

  • Fetishes (better ask beforehand about specific things, coz it's too long to list. Also depends on overall context.)

  • Blood, injury, violence, fight scenes, horror stuff, dark themes (depends on context)

NO-NOs:

  • NSFW and fetish content with minors and aged-up characters (same goes to 1000 y.o. loli/shota)

  • NSFW and fetish content with real people

  • Derogatory, hateful and bigoted themes aimed toward real people, groups and communities, franchise chrarcters.

  • Chars who go with text-only description

  • Super-detailed backgrounds

  • I don't copy styles of other artists (but usually adapt to style of a media)

COMMISSION FORM

Your request should include the following:

  • Type of artwork: sketch/illust, headshot/halfbody/etc, coloring, background

  • Your idea is required, especially when it's about your OC's. Detailed description is better, but you can also come with a basic idea, like "a pair having a movie night". I will come with a couple of my own visions, and we can discuss the further details

  • All the refs needed

Additional

  • Deadline/time of posting

  • Privacy/anonymity (no fee for these options)

  • Other rules of posting (like @ a person)

  • Image resolution if important

  • Presence of watermark. I don't usually sign/watermark my artwork, even commissioned ones, so if you want it to be marked, or be the only full-res owner, let me know separately

  • Any other stuff requiring mention

REFERENCES

The best option is a refsheet of your character, or a couple of artworks showing all the key details of them.
If your character is from MMO, you can upload their model via special services (like dressroom for WoW). Good quality screenshots will go too if there is no other option.If you don't have a visual ref of your char, it's okay to collect a bunch of pictures to describe+comment all the key details: bodytype like this, hair color like that and so on.You can tell a bit of your char's story only if it helps with details or vibes for artwork.
If there is franchise character, send a couple of pics of them too, coz I don't know everyone. Point out certain details of them which can't be found with casual searching.Don't hesitate to make your own sketch to show needed angle/composition, even a stickman will help a lot!

PAYMENT

Currently the main available options are Boosty and Hipolink services (via bank card/PayPal). If you don't know how to use it, I will send you guides and we will go together through everything.The alternative payment methods is you purchasing digital goods (like World of Warcraft sub / DVC boxes). But these aren't always available, and of course I will not force you to use these.You pay 100% after the sketch was confirmed. I'm also okay to wait, just let me know about delays.
Partial payment is OK for the prices over 300$Refunds
I can do full refunds only in those cases:
- I missed the deadline of your artwork.
- You decided to cancel your commission for any reasons while it didn't moved past finished lineart.
Please keep in mind that I can't do partial refund!!! I just physically can't do it due to economical politics.

WORK IN PROCESS

The approximate time of creating takes from 1 week up to 3 months, depending on the type or amount of work.I will notify you ASAP if I can't work on your piece due to some circumstances, as well as providing approximate time to solve the problem.I will send you WIPs before moving to another stage (e.g. line > coloring > shading) or when being unsure about certain detail, to get your confirmation. You can ask about how your comm is going no more than once a week. Also keep in mind that I mostly draw on weekends, to there can be small updates on the workdays). Also be aware of possible time difference, as I live in UTC+3 timezone.After the job is done, you will get your picture in full resolution.

USAGE OF ARTWORK

As an artist
- I own the copyright to the artwork.
- I have the right to post the finished artwork on my social media, use it for commission examples or flashmobs (unless the privacy was discussed).
- I will never use your commission for commercial purpose.
- I will moderate the comments if artwork was posted, not allowing people to say offencive or derogatory things of you or your idea.As a client
- You own the copyright to your characters and idea (if present).
- You can post the finished artwork on your social media, mentioning me as an artist.
- You can do little changes on the artwork for personal use (like adding a text/filter).
- You can print the artwork or create any other things based on it - only for personal use.
- You can't use the artwork for commercial use unless it was discussed first.
